Vmanage

1. Introduction

Welcome to Vmanage (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, which connects job seekers (“Users”) with day-wise job opportunities posted by event and program Organizers. By using Vmanage, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

  • A platform for Users (job seekers) to find and apply for temporary or day-wise jobs in event and program management.

  • Tools for Organizers to post job requirements and manage event workforce.

  • A secure system for online stipend payments to Users after successful job completion.

3. Job Postings & Payment Policy (For Organizers)

  • Organizers must provide complete, accurate job details including date, location, task description, and number of workers needed.

  • A 50% advance payment of the total job amount is mandatory at least 5 days before the job start date.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid within 2 days after job completion.

  • Late payments may lead to account suspension and legal action if necessary.

4. Communication Policy

  • Organizers are strictly prohibited from making direct contact with Users (working staff) during the event or after its completion.

  • All communication regarding staff, tasks, or any issues must go through Vmanage coordinators.

  • In case of any problems, feedback, or mistakes, Organizers must contact Vmanage directly for resolution.

  • Violation of this policy can result in immediate account suspension.

5. User Engagement & Stipends

  • Users are expected to behave professionally and fulfill their duties as assigned.

  • Stipends will be paid online within 3 working days after job completion and confirmation by the Organizer.

  • Users must keep their payment and profile information accurate and updated.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If an Organizer cancels a job less than 3 days before the scheduled date, the 50% advance is non-refundable.

  • Users who cancel without prior notice or valid reason may face suspension or removal from the platform

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Vmanage will act as a mediator in case of any disputes between Users and Organizers.

  • All issues must be reported to us. Our decisions in such matters will be final.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Users and Organizers must use the platform in a legal, respectful, and ethical manner.

  • Any misconduct, fraud, or misuse will result in account termination and potential legal action.

9. Platform Service Fee

  • Vmanage may charge a small service/processing fee on payments, which will be clearly displayed at the time of transaction.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Vmanage is only a facilitator and does not hold responsibility for job performance or user behavior during events.

  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or conflicts beyond our control.

11. Updates to Terms

  • These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Vmanage means you agree to the latest version.
